🕒 The Clubhouse Cancellation Policy
At The Clubhouse, we know life happens — kids get sick, plans change, and sometimes things just don’t go as planned. While we’ll always do our best to accommodate, we also plan staffing, materials, and program prep in advance.
For Classes, Programs, and Drop-Off Sessions
- Cancellations made 48+ hours before the start time are eligible for a credit toward a future session or event.
- Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable as staffing and materials have already been allocated.
- No-shows will not receive a refund or credit.
For Workshops and Special Events
- Due to limited space and pre-purchased materials, all sales are final unless you notify us at least 5 days prior to the event.
- If you can’t make it last minute, you’re welcome to transfer your spot to a friend (just email us to confirm their name).
In Case of Emergencies
We get it — sometimes life really does happen. If your family experiences a genuine emergency (illness, injury, unexpected event), please reach out. We’ll review on a case-by-case basis and do our best to offer a partial credit or future class swap when possible.
If The Clubhouse Cancels
If we ever need to cancel due to weather, low enrollment, or unforeseen circumstances, you’ll receive your choice of a full refund or credit toward a future session.
