Grown-Up & Me (Ages 0–3.5)

A caregiver-and-child class that blends movement, early learning, and connection — in a space where little ones can explore and you can exhale.

Each class follows a gentle, predictable rhythm with songs, simple activities, and time to explore the foam pit, turf, and play invitations. We keep things flexible and real-life friendly — lots of grace for late arrivals, snack breaks, and big feelings.

• Welcome song and simple routine to signal “class time.”
• Movement and sensory play on the turf or foam pit.
• Short, developmentally-friendly activities at the tables.
• Ideas and language you can use at home to support play and early regulation.
• Calm closing song and transition to make heading out easier.

These classes are designed for both of you — your little one gets a rich, playful experience, and you get connection, ideas, and a softer landing spot in the week.
