Remember the summers we had? Catching bugs, making forts, taking off on bikes until the streetlights came on, figuring out friend-fights on our own. That’s what we’re bringing back.

Every week is designed by an educator — small groups, hands-on, screen-free, with the developmental stuff baked into the fun. Kids don’t notice they’re building independence, creativity, and friendship skills. They just notice they had the best day.

Optional Reading & Math add-ons for families who want to keep skills sharp. Always optional. Never the point.

Built by a mom who gets it

13+ years in education — bilingual special educator, then coordinator, then compliance — alongside an M.S. in School Psychology. Mom of four. I’ve sat on both sides of every IEP table, every parent-teacher conference, every “is this normal?” worry. The Clubhouse is the summer space I wanted for my own kids and couldn’t find. Parent Questions Allergies, hard days, age groups & more +
Can I sign up for just one week?
Yes — book any single week, a few weeks, or all 11. There’s no minimum commitment. Many families start with one June week to see how their child responds, then add more.
Can my child come for just one day?
Yes! Our Daily Drop-In lets you book a single day for $110/day (9 AM–2:30 PM; extended day to 4 PM available for +$20). Spots are limited and registration closes at 7 PM the night before. It’s the easiest way to try camp — and most families end up booking a full week, where 3+ days is the better deal. Drop-in campers are ages 3–12 and must be fully potty trained.
Do you offer half-day options?
Camp runs 9 AM – 2:30 PM as the standard day, with extended day available until 4 PM. For younger kids who want a shorter intro to camp life, check out Clubhouse Mornings — our half-day program for infants through age 5.
What about food allergies and dietary needs?
Kids bring their own lunch and snacks, which makes managing allergies straightforward. We’re a peanut-aware facility — just flag any allergies on the registration form and we’ll work with you. For cooking weeks (Top Chef Kids), we’ll send dietary-need-friendly recipes home in advance.
What if my kid is having a hard day?
Real talk: kids have hard days. We’re built for it. Nicole’s background is special education and school psychology — meltdowns, overwhelm, social bumps, separation tears, all part of what we know how to handle. We text you if something needs your attention, and we’ll never just “send them home.” They get the support they need to ride it out.
How are kids grouped by age?
Activities are scaled by age. Younger campers (3–6) typically work in small groups together with age-appropriate versions of each project. Older campers (7–12) get more advanced challenges. Group games and movement blocks often mix ages with intentional pairings — this is part of what makes Clubhouse friendships so real.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Full details are on the registration page in Sawyer. In general: full refunds available with sufficient notice, transfers to other weeks allowed when space permits. Daily Drop-In has its own shorter-horizon policy (full refund 48+ hours ahead). Reach out to Nicole directly if you have a specific situation.
How do I know if camp is right for my kid?
Easiest way: come to a Kids Club drop-in before summer — it’s a 90-minute mini taste of camp. Or grab a single Daily Drop-In day. Or email Nicole directly at nweirich@theclubhousewc.com and tell her about your kid. She’ll help you figure out which weeks would be the strongest fit.
