Who is this for?

Best for kids who:

  • Love movement, creativity, and play
  • Benefit from gentle structure and clear expectations
  • Need social practice in a supportive, low-pressure space
  • Do well in small-group, instructor-led settings

We group kids by age and “vibe” so activities feel fun, supportive, and developmentally appropriate.

What should my child bring?

  • Water bottle labeled with their name
  • Comfortable clothes for active play
  • Any important notes: sensitivities, supports, or needs

We’ll send a confirmation email with any specific notes or updates before each School-Closure Day.

Looking ahead to summer?

A great warm-up for Summer Camp

School-Closure Days are not only a calm, structured option for no-school days — they’re also the perfect way to get kids comfortable with Summer Camp at The Clubhouse.

These shorter drop-off sessions help kids build confidence, get to know our space, and form connections with peers and staff. So when summer rolls around, they’re excited to walk through the doors — not saying they “don’t want to go.”

If your child loves our School-Closure Days… just wait until you see what we’re planning for summer.
