What’s the difference between 90 minutes and 3 hours?
Both sessions start at 9:30 AM with the same educator-led enrichment programming. The 90-minute session wraps at 11:00 AM. The 3-hour session continues through a BYO lunch period and ends at 12:30 PM — more time for play, social interaction, and a shared meal with friends.
Can I drop off or do I need to stay?
You have three options: drop off and leave, head up to the adult loft (WiFi, coffee, quiet), or stay in the play space alongside your child. Drop-off is available for children who are independently using the bathroom. For children not yet toilet independent, a caregiver must remain on-site.
Can I cancel anytime?
Memberships auto-renew monthly. We ask for 30 days written notice to cancel. No refunds for partial months.
What if I want to come more than once a week?
Email us at nweirich@theclubhousewc.com and we’ll set up a 2x or 3x/week membership at a per-session discount. Or grab a pack and use sessions at your own pace.
Can I try a session before committing?
Absolutely. Book a single drop-in first and see how your child responds. No pressure either way.
