Membership & Booking FAQs

How is billing handled for memberships?

Memberships are billed monthly and renew automatically unless paused or cancelled. You’ll receive a reminder before each billing cycle.

Can I change my weekly time slot?

Yes! You can request a schedule change based on availability. Members of the Clubhouse Plus tier receive priority when switching slots, and you can also join a waitlist for alternate time slots.

Is there a sibling discount?

Right now, each membership is for one child only. We’re exploring sibling add-on options for the future!

Can I pause or cancel my membership?

We get it—life happens. Every membership includes one 30-day pause per year, no questions asked. Need to cancel? Just let us know at least 7 days before your next billing date so we can process it in time. No penalties, no guilt—just flexibility. And when you're ready or life opens up again, we can't wait to welcome you back with open arms.

Can I switch between Core and Plus memberships?

Yes! You’re welcome to move between plans as your needs change. Just let us know before your next billing cycle and we’ll take care of it.

What if my child misses a session?

We can’t guarantee makeups, but if space allows, we’ll do our best to fit your child into another session that week. Missed sessions are not refunded or credited.

Do you offer drop-ins?

All sessions must be pre-booked by families in advance through our site. While we offer flexible options like single sessions and 5-packs, we do not accept walk-ins or unscheduled attendance. A completed waiver and intake form are required for all participants.

Do I need to rebook every month?

Nope! Your membership renews automatically each month, and your spot is secured unless you request a change.

What are the benefits of being a Founding Member?

As one of our first 30 members, you get locked-in pricing for one year, early access to registration, priority booking for popular classes, and exclusive founding member perks like free guest passes, VIP access to special events, and more!

Can I use my guest pass for workshops or Pizza Nights?

Guest passes are only valid for regularly scheduled age-based group sessions. Unfortunately, they cannot be used for workshops, Pizza Nights, or pop-up events. Availability for guest passes depends on session space, so be sure to book early to secure a spot!
