What is The Clubhouse?
The Clubhouse in Phoenixville is a kids enrichment center where children build confidence, creativity, and real social skills through play — and where parents get the flexibility to choose what works for their family.
We offer Clubhouse Mornings (infants–age 5), Kids Club drop-in play (ages 4–12), summer camps, birthday parties, school-closure day programming, teen nights, and creative workshops for adults. Everything is screen-free, small-group, and designed by a bilingual special educator with an M.S. in School Psychology.
How is The Clubhouse different from daycare or an indoor playground?
The Clubhouse is not daycare, therapy, or an indoor playground. It’s an enrichment space focused on building confidence, creativity, social skills, and emotional awareness through intentional play.
All programming is designed by a bilingual special educator with a master’s in School Psychology. Kids build real skills through guided activities that feel like the best part of their week. Sessions are screen-free and small-group — up to 8 children per instructor — not a free-for-all.
Parents get a real break while their child is engaged, supervised, and genuinely growing.
What ages do you serve?
Clubhouse Mornings: Infants through age 5 (with flexible caregiver options — drop off, work from our loft, or stay and play).
Kids Club: Ages 4–12 for drop-in guided play sessions.
Summer Camp: Ages 3–12, themed weekly sessions June through August.
Teen Night: Ages 13+, one Saturday per month.
Adult Workshops: Creative gatherings for parents and caregivers.
Is this just play, or are kids actually learning?
Both — and that’s the whole point. While it feels like the best part of their week, kids are constantly building confidence, communication, emotional awareness, independence, and real social skills.
The learning happens naturally while kids feel joyful and successful. That’s not an accident — it’s how the programming was designed.
Is this therapy or a clinical program?
No. The Clubhouse is an enrichment space focused on connection, confidence, creativity, and community through play.
That said, the programming was created by Nicole Weirich, a bilingual special educator with over 13 years of experience and an M.S. in School Psychology — so every session is grounded in how kids actually develop, even though it just feels like fun.

Is this a good fit if my child is shy or slow to warm up?
This is one of the most common reasons families find us. We never rush kids into participating. Children are welcome to observe, ease in slowly, and join when they feel ready.
Our predictable routines, warm team, and small groups naturally build trust and confidence over time — without pressure or spotlighting.
Is The Clubhouse a good fit for kids with sensory needs?
Absolutely. The Clubhouse was specifically designed for children who thrive in calmer, more structured environments. The founder, Nicole Weirich, has 13+ years in special education and an M.S. in School Psychology.
The space is exciting enough for kids who crave stimulation and calm enough for kids who need it. Predictable routines, a warm team, and small groups naturally build trust and confidence over time. Parents are always welcome to share specific needs at check-in.
What if my child has big emotions or struggles with transitions?
Big emotions are completely normal and expected here. Our team remains calm, patient, and supportive when children feel overwhelmed.
We help kids regulate, reset, and rejoin the group when they’re ready — without shame, rushing, or labeling. Emotional safety is just as important to us as physical safety.
How many kids are in a group?
Groups are kept small so every child feels seen. Sessions have up to 8 children per instructor. We always prioritize quality, safety, and connection over crowd size.
Can siblings attend together?
Yes — many families attend with multiple children. Some programs are grouped by age, while others allow siblings together. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to help you figure out the best fit.
What should my child wear or bring?
Send your child with a labeled water bottle, an AM snack, lunch, and a PM snack. Dress them in comfortable clothes they can move, climb, and create in — please choose outfits where getting messy is no big deal. We provide all activity materials, so no extra prep needed from you.
For Clubhouse Mornings: pack a morning snack, lunch, and a labeled water bottle. For the 60-minute trial: just a snack and water bottle.
Do parents stay or drop off?
Clubhouse Mornings (infants–age 5): Your choice. Drop off and run errands, work from our upstairs loft (WiFi and a quiet workspace included during your child’s session), or stay and play alongside your child. The loft is available exclusively for parents and caregivers of children enrolled in Clubhouse Mornings — it is not open to outside visitors, camp families, or for full-day use.
Kids Club, school-closure days, summer camp, and teen night: Drop-off programs. You get a real break while your child is engaged, supervised, and having the time of their life.
