1. Use of This Website

You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only. You must not engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the site or interfere with other visitors’ use of it.

2. Programs & Services

The Clubhouse offers enrichment programs, camps, events, and related services as described on our website. We reserve the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue any program at our discretion. If we cancel a session, registered families will receive a full credit or refund.

3. Registration & Accounts

When registering for programs or booking sessions, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. Parents and guardians are responsible for all registrations made on behalf of their children. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details on any third-party booking platform (e.g., HiSawyer).

4. Payments

Payments are processed securely through HiSawyer. By completing a purchase, you agree to the pricing listed at the time of booking. Pricing is subject to change but will not affect existing confirmed bookings.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Our cancellation and refund policies vary by program:

• Cancellations made 24+ hours before a session receive a credit toward a future visit
• Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable
• Emergencies are reviewed on a case-by-case basis
• If The Clubhouse cancels a session, you will receive a full refund or future credit

6. Assumption of Risk

Participation in any program at The Clubhouse involves physical activity, including but not limited to use of a foam pit, rope swings, indoor turf, and creative materials. By registering, you acknowledge that participation carries inherent risks and voluntarily assume those risks on behalf of yourself and your child. To the fullest extent permitted under Pennsylvania law, The Clubhouse Wellness Center, LLC, its owners, staff, and volunteers are not liable for injuries sustained during normal program activities.

7. Photo & Media Release

By attending programs at The Clubhouse, you consent to the use of photographs and videos taken during sessions for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes unless you opt out in writing. To opt out, email info@theclubhousewc.com before your visit.

8. Code of Conduct

We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all children, families, and staff. The Clubhouse reserves the right to remove any participant — child or adult — whose behavior disrupts programming or compromises the safety of others. Refunds are not guaranteed in the event of removal for conduct violations.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and programming materials — is the property of The Clubhouse Wellness Center, LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under Pennsylvania law, The Clubhouse Wellness Center, LLC is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or participation in our programs.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved in the courts of Chester County, Pennsylvania.
