Good to Know
Frequently Asked Questions
How is pricing determined?
Every event is unique, so we quote individually based on your space needs, duration, guest count, and any add-ons. After your inquiry, we'll send a custom quote and walk through the details together. If you're a nonprofit, let us know—we're happy to talk through what works for your organization.
What will I need to provide?
Just the basics to keep your event smooth and protected. After we connect, we'll send a simple host information sheet that walks through everything — guest waivers, any coverage needed for your event type, and setup details. Most of it is quick and inexpensive, and we'll help you through every step.
Can I bring my own food, drinks, and vendors?
Yes. You're welcome to bring in your own catering, vendors, and beverages. If you're hoping to serve alcohol, just ask — we handle those on a case-by-case basis and will walk you through what's needed. The event is otherwise entirely yours to design.
When can I arrive to set up?
Setup and breakdown windows are defined in your venue use agreement. If you need additional time, we can often accommodate for a fee.
Will The Clubhouse Phoenixville promote my event?
Promotion through our newsletter and social channels is available as an optional add-on. The event itself is entirely yours. We are providing the space, not co-hosting.
Can I tour the space before booking?
Yes. We schedule walkthroughs after your initial inquiry. It is the best way to picture how your event will come to life here.
Is there a cost to inquire?
No. Submitting an inquiry is free and carries no obligation. A signed venue use agreement and booking deposit secure your date.
