A work loft for you. A world of growth for them. All under one roof.
No more answering emails over a toddler’s shoulder. No more rat-race scramble at daycare drop-off. Bring your little one to a screen-free morning built to help them thrive — then settle into our adult co-working loft just steps away, or head home to your day. One place. Both solved. The juggle ends here.
Our beloved Clubhouse Mornings are growing — full-week mornings plus our brand-new Afternoon Enrichment Series launch August 24. Enrollment is open now, and spots are limited. You won’t want to miss this.
You shouldn’t have to choose between getting work done and knowing they’re thriving.
You’ve tried the mute-button-on-the-work-call routine, the guilt of the screen babysitter, the daycare rush where nobody really sees your kid. The Clubhouse is the third option — where your child is genuinely cared for and growing, and you get your morning back, whether that’s working steps away in our adult loft or finally doing the things you can’t with a little one underfoot.
And it’s not just convenient — it works. Sharing, waiting, naming a hard feeling, trying again after it goes wrong: we expect kids to do these on demand, but almost nowhere lets them actually practice. After thirteen years as a special educator, that’s the gap I built The Clubhouse to fill. Not therapy. Not childcare. The natural-practice space I always wished existed.
Small groups, low ratios — every child is truly seen.
Screens. Ever. Just real materials, movement, and connection.
Years of special-education experience behind every plan.
Fun on the outside. Real growth underneath.
Ask any kindergarten teacher: the skills that matter most before school aren’t letters and numbers — they’re sharing, waiting, listening, bouncing back, and feeling confident away from home. We build them the only way that sticks: hook into what kids love, engineer the skill underneath the fun, and let them practice it for real — daily, with room to mess up and try again. Here’s what your child is really growing:
Confident goodbyes Independence
The brave drop-off, practiced gently and a little more each visit — so “bye, Mom” gets easier, not harder.
Sharing & taking turns Social Skills
Two kids, one favorite toy in the foam pit — coached through it in real time, instead of just being separated.
Naming big feelings Self-Regulation
The meltdown that becomes “I can see you’re frustrated — let’s find the words,” so they learn to ride the wave, not drown in it.
Listening & following along School Readiness
Circle time, clean-up, transitions between activities — the exact muscles kindergarten will ask them to use.
Doing it themselves Self-Help
Opening their own lunch, trying the coat first, asking for help when they need it — the quiet confidence of “I can do this.”
Making friends & solving problems Connection
Joining a game, working out a disagreement, cheering a friend on — the foundation of every classroom they’ll ever walk into.
What we are — and what we’re not.
We believe in being upfront, so every family knows exactly what to expect.
What We Are
- Flexible. Come every week as a member, or as needed with drop-ins and packs.
- Screen-free enrichment. Real play and real growth, built on the Clubhouse Method.
- Expert-led. Designed and run by a special educator and mom of four.
What We’re Not
- A licensed daycare. We’re an enrichment program — we build a care plan with each family.
- A diapering service. Drop-off children should be potty-trained. If yours isn’t quite there, stay in the adult loft and we’ll alert you to pop down for changes.
- Sick care. If anyone’s under the weather, please reschedule — come back when everyone’s well.
- Ever on a screen. No tablets, no TV. Not now, not ever.
One morning program. One afternoon program. Take either, or build your whole day.
Think of it simply: Mornings are the foundation — the steady, hands-on enrichment rhythm your child returns to. Afternoons are the spark — a different specialty class every day. Most families start with mornings and add the afternoon days their kid loves most. You pick the days. You pick the program. It flexes around your actual week.
Clubhouse Mornings

Afternoon Enrichment Series
Best for: giving your child a real specialty — dance, Spanish, cooking, sports, art — expert-led, with all materials provided.
- A different themed class every day of the week
- Expert-led — real instruction, not filler
- All materials & supplies included, every class
- Book the full week or single themed days
- Mornings members save 10% on every afternoon
What a Clubhouse Morning looks like
The rhythm stays the same every day so little ones feel safe and settled. The theme rotates so it never gets stale. Younger toddlers follow the same flow at their own pace, with gentle support throughout.
Arrival & Free Choice
A soft landing — foam pit, turf, and settling in at their own pace.
Morning Circle & The Hook
Gathering together, today’s theme, and the spark that pulls everyone in.
Themed Hands-On Activity
The big creative block — where the developmental skill is quietly engineered in.
Snack & Garden Time
Fuel up, then outside to tend the fruit, vegetable, and wildflower garden.
Social-Practice Play
Open, guided play where turn-taking, problem-solving, and big feelings get real reps.
BYO Lunch & Pickup
A calm close to the morning over lunch — just pack one. (Kids continuing into an afternoon class eat now and roll right in.)
A work loft for you. A world of growth for them. Same roof.
Some mornings you need to be close — a clingy week, a newborn sibling, a packed deadline, or you’d just rather not drive home and back. Our on-site adult co-working loft is a calm, comfortable spot to answer emails, take a call, or finally drink a coffee while it’s hot — while your child is right downstairs, thriving. Drop off and go, or stay and work steps away. No rat race. No juggle. Your call, every single day.
Work from the loft when you want to be close — quiet, comfortable, steps from your child.
Or drop off and reclaim your morning entirely — errands, the gym, deep work at home.
Choose differently every day. No commitment to one or the other — life isn’t that tidy.
A different specialty every afternoon.
Here’s the simple version: every weekday afternoon is its own themed class — language, cooking, dance, sports, art. Each runs 12:30–2:30, each stands on its own, and you choose how it fits your week. Pick the days your child loves, book the full week, or drop in for a single class. Tap any day to see the full story.

Less than a nanny. Worlds beyond a screen.
A Chester County nanny averages around $21/hour — for one child, alone, with no curriculum. Full-time daycare rarely offers the flexible, part-time, screen-free option families actually want. The Clubhouse is the in-between that didn’t exist before.
The Move + Play Party
Big foam-pit energy. Zero cleanup for you.
Our Move + Play Party is fully instructor-led — our team runs the whole thing, so parents can actually relax. Staff lead games, obstacle courses, movement challenges, and guided play across the foam pit and turf. This isn’t free-for-all free play; it’s a fun, inclusive flow that keeps every kid engaged and participating from start to finish — no hovering required. Grown-ups relax in the adult loft or lounge alongside the party room.
Your questions, answered.
What’s the difference between Mornings and the Afternoon Enrichment Series?
Clubhouse Mornings (9:30–12:30) is our signature hands-on enrichment program — a consistent daily rhythm of play-based, screen-free learning. The Afternoon Enrichment Series (12:30–2:30) is a rotating week of expert-led themed classes — Spanish, culinary, dance, sports, and art — each with materials included. They’re two distinct programs; enroll in either, or both.
What ages do you serve?
Both programs welcome children ages 18 months through 5 years. We keep groups small so every child — from busy toddlers to soon-to-be-kindergartners — gets real attention and practices at their own pace. The mixed-age setting is part of the magic: little ones learn from the bigger kids, and the bigger kids practice patience and leadership.
Is this childcare? Do I have to stay?
Both are enrichment programs, not childcare — the focus is your child’s hands-on, developmental experience. That said, you’re welcome to drop off and go, or settle into our adult loft and stay close. Many families do a mix depending on the day.
How does the monthly membership work?
Choose how many days a week you want and which days. Your membership renews automatically each month, so your seat is always saved and there’s nothing to re-book. The more days you commit to, the lower your per-session rate. To change or cancel, we just ask for 30 days’ notice.
Can I do both programs — and is there a discount?
Yes! Many families pair a morning with an afternoon. Members enrolled in both Clubhouse Mornings and the Afternoon Enrichment Series receive 10% off all Afternoon Enrichment sessions as a loyalty thank-you. Just let us know you’re enrolling in both and we’ll apply it.
Can I book just one themed afternoon — like only Dance?
Absolutely. Single themed days are $72 each (materials included), bookable as space allows. It’s a wonderful way to give your child the one class they love most, or to sample the series before committing to a membership.
What’s the difference between a membership, a pack, and a drop-in?
A membership is a recurring monthly commitment with a guaranteed seat, the lowest per-session rates, and member perks. A pack (5 or 10 mornings) is prepaid flexibility with no monthly commitment. A drop-in is a single session, zero commitment, booked as you need it. Packs and drop-ins are subject to availability.
My child is on the younger end — will it be a good fit?
Wonderfully. Younger toddlers follow the same gentle rhythm with plenty of support and flexibility — no pressure to keep up. We meet every child exactly where they are.
Does my child need to be potty-trained?
For drop-off, yes — children left in our care should be potty-trained. If yours isn’t quite there yet, just stay in the adult loft and we’ll alert you to pop down for changes. We’ll walk through the details with you at enrollment.
Do you provide snacks? What should my child bring?
Mornings include a BYO lunch to close out the day, so please pack a lunch your child can enjoy independently. We’ll send full details when you enroll, including our snack policy and a simple what-to-bring list — generally comfortable play clothes that can get messy, a water bottle, a packed lunch, any diapering supplies if needed, and anything specific to your child. For the Afternoon Enrichment Series, all class materials are provided.
Is the space really screen-free?
Completely. No tablets, no TV, no “educational” screens. Just real materials, real movement, and real interaction. It’s central to everything we do.
What if the days I want are full?
Because we keep groups small, popular days fill up. If your preferred days are full, we’ll add you to a waitlist and let you know the moment a spot opens — and as we grow, we open additional groups to meet demand.
How do I enroll?
Enrollment is handled through our booking system. Tap Reserve Your Spot to choose your program and days, or reach out with any questions first — we’re always happy to help you find the right fit.
A standing rhythm for your week — and days your little one can’t wait for.
Spots are limited and groups are small. Choose your mornings, your themed afternoons, or both — and give your child a place built for exactly how they grow.
Can’t wait to welcome your family. — Nicole
