What ages are Clubhouse parties best for?
Our parties are designed for children of all ages. Activities are adapted to your group so everyone feels successful,
included, and engaged. Age recommendations are flexible — if you’re unsure, just ask!
How many children can attend?
Most party packages are designed for up to 10 children. If you’re interested in a larger group, email us and we’ll see what’s possible.
What activities are included?
Parties include a mix of guided play and celebration time. Depending on your package, this may include the foam pit,
turf games, obstacle play, and a hands-on craft or themed activity.
Can we bring our own food and cake?
Yes! Families are welcome to bring their own cake and food. Pizza add-ons may be available depending on the package.
Do parents stay during the party?
Parents are welcome to stay and enjoy the celebration. Our staff leads activities and manages transitions so you can relax and enjoy.
How do I reserve my date?
Booking your party (and paying the deposit) through Sawyer secures your date. Once booked, you’ll receive confirmation and next-step details by email.
What if I’m not sure which package is right?
That’s what we’re here for! Email us and we’re happy to talk through your child’s age, interests, and guest list to help you choose.
