The morning — or afternoon —
the modern family actually needs.
Here's what makes us different: while your child plays and learns with real educators, you cowork on-site in our quiet loft — or drop off and reclaim your day. Close enough for peace of mind, focused enough to get real work done — and never the all-or-nothing of daycare.
Spots are limited and groups stay small — once a block fills, it moves to a waitlist.
The Founding Fall Cohort is filling now.
This fall, the program Phoenixville families already love expands to Monday through Friday with a morning block, an afternoon block, and full-day options — beginning Monday, August 24. We cap each crew at 8 children, and once a crew is full it moves to a waitlist — so fall spots go fast.

Two blocks. Pick the one that fits your day.
Each block is its own small-group program with the same warm, consistent rhythm. Choose a half-day (AM or PM) or a full day — 3 days, 5 days, or a custom rhythm.
The Morning Crew
A discovery-led morning. Your child arrives to a gentle landing, moves their body, and dives into hands-on Maker Time — process art, sensory, building — then heads outside before winding down at our shared lunch table.
- Big-body movement + foam pit
- Hands-on creating & sensory
- Outdoor turf & garden
- Ends at the Clubhouse Table (pickup after lunch)
The Afternoon Crew
Arrives into a calm, social lunch, then settles into our Themed Studio — the "different." Each day has its own flavor — a rotating studio of language, cooking, art, and movement, with our bilingual and culinary strengths front and center.
- Starts at the shared lunch table
- Themed Studio enrichment (named days)
- Big-body movement + outdoor turf
- Calm, recapped closing circle
How the shared lunch connects the two blocks
From 11:30–12:00 the morning group winds down at the table just as the afternoon group arrives into a calm meal — the most social, settled part of the day. Choose a Full-Day membership (9–2:30) and that lunch becomes the natural handoff between morning and afternoon — the same small group and educators, all day. See Full-Day pricing.
It looks like play. It's how they learn.
In the early years, play isn't a break from learning — it's the main event.
Here's what we know as educators: for little ones, play is the learning. When your child stacks a tower, invents a story, waits for a turn, or digs in the garden, they're building language, focus, problem-solving, and the social-emotional skills everything else stands on. Our days look like play because that's exactly how young brains are wired to grow — we just design that play with intention, and we know what to look for underneath it.
A day at The Clubhouse Crew
One predictable rhythm, run twice — so your child always knows what's coming, and any morning or afternoon feels like home.
Fun on the outside. Developmental on the inside.

Morning Block
9:00 – 12:00Afternoon Block
11:30 – 2:30Why parents love it: it's what today's families look for and rarely find in one place — no screens, all intentional, real outdoor and big-body time, and a predictable rhythm that helps little ones self-regulate, with calm bookends so the day starts and ends gently. The morning leads with hands-on creating; the afternoon leads with themed studio enrichment — same comforting structure, genuinely different days. The payoff: a child who's more independent, more social, and proud of themselves — plus one specific sentence about their day at pickup.
What your child gets
While you're working in the loft or out running your life, your little one is discovering, building independence, and learning to be part of a group — with real educators, not a sitter.
Sensory & Creative Play
Art, sensory bins, and hands-on materials that build fine motor skills and spark curiosity.
Social-Emotional Learning
Sharing, turn-taking, emotional vocabulary, and real friendships — the stuff that matters most.
Circle Time & Story
Songs, stories, and group rhythm that build early literacy and the confidence to participate.
Movement & Outdoor Play
Foam pit, obstacle courses, turf, and garden time — gross motor and fresh air, every single day.
A workspace, not a waiting room.
This is the part no daycare or playground offers. While your child plays and learns with real educators, you get a calm, sunlit loft that's genuinely yours — whether you work remotely, run your own business, or just need a focused hour to yourself.
- Get real work done. Fast WiFi, coffee, a fridge, and a real work table under the skylights — take a call, deep-work, clear the to-do list.
- Close by for peace of mind. You're right here if you're ever needed, so independence never means far away.
- Reclaim your time. Or drop off and go — a meeting, the gym, errands, an actual lunch. Your call.
- Never all-or-nothing. Not a full daycare day, not hovering at a play café. You choose what your block looks like, every single day.
Work on-site or drop off and go — switch it up any day that suits you.
"As a consultant, finding childcare that fit my schedule was impossible — two hours of work used to drag across six. The Clubhouse Crew changed everything: I can actually have a career and be supported."
Clubhouse Parent · Phoenixville, PA
While they play, your time is yours.
Your child always plays independently with our educators. You choose what your block looks like for you — and you can choose differently any day.
Drop-off & loft details — potty independence, who can use the loft
Drop-off is for children who are fully bathroom independent (beyond verbal reminders). If your child isn't there yet, you're welcome to cowork on-site in the loft so you're close by. The loft is reserved for parents of enrolled The Clubhouse Crew children on that day — we can't host outside guests or non-enrolled visitors, so the space stays calm for the families using it.
What families are saying
"The Clubhouse Crew are the absolute best. Having a chance to catch up on the to-do list while my son is happily playing — that peace of mind that he's happy and safe while I'm easing my own stress is the greatest gift."
"We wanted to support our daughter's independence, but didn't want to just drop her somewhere. This is that perfect in-between. Some days I drop off, other days I head to the loft and work. The flexibility is everything."

Built by a mom who needed this too
Nicole Weirich started The Clubhouse Phoenixville because she kept looking for a place that didn't exist. Not a daycare. Not a play café. Something more intentional — where her kids could be known and challenged by real educators, and where she could feel like a whole person at the same time. She brought 13+ years in education — bilingual special educator, then coordinator, then compliance — plus a Master's in School Psychology, to build the thing she wished someone had built for her.
"I built this for the parent sitting in the pickup line wondering when it's their turn. It's your turn."
Questions? We've got you.
Both blocks share the same warm rhythm — circle, movement, hands-on creating, snack, and outdoor turf — so your child always knows what's coming. The morning block (9–12) leads with hands-on Maker Time and ends at our shared lunch table. The afternoon block (11:30–2:30) begins at that same lunch and centers on our Themed Studio — a rotating mix of language, cooking, art, and movement. Same comforting structure, genuinely different days.
Yes — that's our Full-Day membership (9:00–2:30). Your child does both the morning and afternoon block, with our shared lunch as the bridge in between — a complete school day with the same small group and educators, not daycare. It works especially well for our older littles and working families. The Full-Day membership is $1,995/mo for a full 5-day week, with lighter or part-week options available on request. Email nweirich@theclubhousewc.com to set it up.
Our expansion begins Monday, August 24. From that day we run Monday through Friday with a morning block (9–12), an afternoon block (11:30–2:30), and full-day options. Up until then, we run mornings Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, 9:30–12:30, with summer drop-ins available through August 24. You can reserve your fall membership and days now.
We run year-round and we're adding afternoon and full-day options for fall, so you can reserve a spot right now. Email nweirich@theclubhousewc.com with your child's name and age, the membership you want (Half-Day AM, Half-Day PM, or Full-Day), and your days (3, 5, or a custom rhythm). Our groups are capped at 8 — once a block fills, it moves to a waitlist, so it's worth reserving early.
We keep it simple. Two formats — Half-Day (AM or PM) or Full-Day (9–2:30) — and most families choose one of three memberships: Half-Day 3 days ($765/mo), Half-Day 5 days ($1,150/mo), or Full-Day 5 days ($1,995/mo). Prefer a lighter or part-week rhythm? Just ask and we'll build it. Not ready to commit? Single drop-ins are $75 a session, as space allows. Siblings get 15% off the second child's membership, and memberships auto-renew monthly with 30 days' notice to change or cancel.
For drop-off, yes — your child needs to be fully bathroom independent (beyond verbal reminders). If your child isn't there yet, no problem: you'll cowork on-site in the parent loft so you're close by for bathroom help, and your child still joins the group independently.
Your choice — and you can choose differently every visit. Drop off and go run your life, or head to our adult loft to work with WiFi, coffee, and quiet. Either way, your child plays independently with our educators. Drop-off is for children who are fully bathroom independent; if your child isn't there yet, you'll stay on-site in the loft.
The Clubhouse Crew is for children ages 18 months through 5 years, grouped into two crews: the Little Crew (18 mo–3 yrs) and the Big Crew (3 yrs+). For drop-off, your child should be a confident walker, ready for some independence, and fully bathroom independent. Our youngest ones — or kids not yet bathroom independent — join with a parent on-site in the loft. The longer full-day and afternoon blocks suit our older littles best. Outside this age range? Email us — every kid is different and we'd love to chat.
No — it's an enrichment program. Think of it as the best parts of preschool without the full-time commitment. Groups are small (capped at 8), routines are consistent, and every activity is designed with intention by an educator. Your child is known here — not just watched.
A snack and a labeled water bottle for every block, plus a packed lunch if your child is here over the 11:30–12:00 lunch (afternoon or full-day). We have a fridge on-site and handle everything else — activities, supplies, and a whole lot of fun. For a $75 drop-in: a snack and water bottle, plus lunch if it spans the 11:30–12:00 window.
24 hours notice to reschedule a drop-in. Memberships auto-renew monthly with 30 days written notice to change or cancel. No partial-month refunds. Life with little ones — we get it.
