We see you. All of you.
The mom who hasn't finished a thought in three years.
The one who just moved here and doesn't know anyone.
The one who just needs one morning where she's not the default parent.
You're not doing this wrong — you just need a village. This is it.
A quick note about the loft: Our cowork loft is reserved exclusively for parents of children enrolled in Clubhouse Mornings on that day. To keep the space comfortable and avoid overcrowding, we can't accommodate outside guests, meetings with non-enrolled visitors, or camp parents waiting during drop-off. Thanks for helping us protect the space for the families using it.
What families are saying
"Clubhouse Mornings are the absolute best. Having a chance on a Monday to catch up on the to-do list while my son is happily playing — that peace of mind that he is happy and safe while I'm easing my own stress is the greatest gift."
"My family had been trying to support our daughter's independence, but we didn't want to just drop her somewhere. Clubhouse Mornings are that perfect in-between. Some days I stay and play, other days I head to the loft. The flexibility is everything."
"Where has this been all my life? As a consultant, finding childcare that fits my schedule was impossible. Two hours of work used to drag across six hours. Clubhouse Mornings changed everything — I can actually have a career and be supported."

Built by a mom who needed this too
Nicole Weirich started The Clubhouse because she kept looking for a place that didn't exist. Not a daycare. Not a play café. Something more intentional — where her kids could be known and challenged by real educators, and where she could feel like a whole person at the same time. She brought 13+ years of special education experience and a Master's in School Psychology to build the thing she wished someone had built for her.
"I built this for the mom sitting in the pickup line wondering when it's her turn. It's your turn."

New families start with a 60-minute trial — a real slice of a Clubhouse morning so you and your child get the full feel of the space. Email us at nweirich@theclubhousewc.com and we'll match you to the best day and group to start. One trial per child. After that, you can book a drop-in, grab a pack, or lock in a membership — your pace, your rhythm.
Clubhouse Mornings is designed for children ages 18 months through 5 years. For drop-off or working in the loft, we recommend your child is a solid walker and ready for some independence. For our youngest ones, we love having a caregiver in the play space — and as kids grow, drop-off becomes an option. Is your child outside this age range? Every kid is different — please email us at nweirich@theclubhousewc.com and we'll figure out together if Clubhouse Mornings (or another one of our programs) would be a good fit.
It's totally up to you — and you can choose differently every visit. Stay and play alongside your child, drop off and go run errands, or head to our adult loft to work with WiFi, coffee, and quiet. Drop-off is available for children independently using the bathroom. For kids not yet toilet independent, a caregiver stays on-site (play space or loft).
The loft is reserved exclusively for parents of children enrolled in Clubhouse Mornings on that day. To keep the space comfortable and avoid overcrowding, we can't accommodate outside guests, meetings with non-enrolled visitors, or camp parents waiting during drop-off. It's a small space built for the families actively using the program — thanks for helping us protect it.
No — it's an enrichment space. Think of it as the best parts of preschool without the full-time commitment. Groups are small (6–8 kids max), routines are consistent, and every activity is designed with intention. Your child is known here — not just watched.
Our 3x/week membership ($699/mo) gives your child a guaranteed spot every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday morning for 3 hours. It's our best value per session and ideal for families who want a consistent routine — especially remote workers using the loft. Sign up directly through the "Start 3x/Week" button above, or email us at nweirich@theclubhousewc.com with questions.
Drop-ins are one-off sessions — book whenever it works. Packs let you buy in bulk at a discount and use at your pace. Memberships give you a guaranteed weekly spot at the best per-session rate, with reschedule flexibility. We offer 1x/week and 3x/week memberships.
Completely normal. We keep groups small, follow consistent routines, and meet each child where they are. Many families say this was the perfect first step — especially when parents can stay and play alongside their child the first few visits.
Welcome! Each child registers at the standard session rate.
A morning snack, packed lunch, and a labeled water bottle. We have a fridge on-site. We handle the rest — activities, supplies, and a whole lot of fun. For the 60-minute trial: just a snack and water bottle.
24 hours notice to reschedule. Memberships auto-renew monthly with 30 days written notice to cancel. No partial-month refunds. Life with toddlers — we get it.
