Not just a class. Not just a play space.
A solution for you.
A home away from home for moms who need connection. A place for your child to explore and build independence. Drop off and go, head to the loft, or stay and play. However you need to show up — we've got you.

Same heart. Simpler format.
We've always offered educator-led programming — Grown-Up & Me, Clubhouse Explorers, Lunch Bunch, Cowork Play & Stay. What we heard from families was that the variety made it harder to figure out what to sign up for. So we listened. Clubhouse Mornings rolls it all into one flexible session that fits the way families actually live. Same educators. Same intention. Just easier to say yes to.
What your child gets at Clubhouse Mornings
While you're in the loft, out running errands, or right there on the floor — your little one is exploring, building independence, and learning to be part of a group.
Sensory & Creative Play
Art, sensory bins, and open-ended materials that build fine motor skills and spark curiosity.
Social-Emotional Learning
Sharing, turn-taking, emotional vocabulary, and building friendships — the stuff that matters.
Circle Time & Story
Songs, stories, and group activities that build early literacy and the confidence to participate.
Movement & Free Play
Obstacle courses, imaginative play, and gross motor activities that let kids be kids.

Use It Your Way
Drop off and go, head to the loft, or stay and play. No wrong answer.
We see you. All of you.
The mom who hasn't finished a thought in three years.
The one who just moved here and doesn't know anyone.
The one who just needs one morning where she's not the default parent.
You're not doing this wrong — you just need a village. This is it.
What families are saying
"Clubhouse Mornings are the absolute best. Having a chance on a Monday to catch up on the to-do list while my son is happily playing — that peace of mind that he is happy and safe while I'm easing my own stress is the greatest gift."
"My family had been trying to support our daughter's independence, but we didn't want to just drop her somewhere. Clubhouse Mornings are that perfect in-between. Some days I stay and play, other days I head to the loft. The flexibility is everything."
"Where has this been all my life? As a consultant, finding childcare that fits my schedule was impossible. Two hours of work used to drag across six hours. Clubhouse Mornings changed everything — I can actually have a career and be supported."

Built by a mom who needed this too
Nicole Weirich started The Clubhouse because she kept looking for a place that didn't exist. Not a daycare. Not a play café. Something more intentional — where her kids could be known and challenged by real educators, and where she could feel like a whole person at the same time. She brought 13+ years of special education experience and a Master's in School Psychology to build the thing she wished someone had built for her.
"I built this for the mom sitting in the pickup line wondering when it's her turn. It's your turn."
Questions? We've got you.
We welcome children from infancy through age 5. For our youngest ones, we love having a caregiver nearby — in the play space or the loft — and as kids grow into more independence, drop-off becomes an option. Not sure? Reach out and we'll figure it out together.
Both start at 9:30 AM with the same enrichment programming. The 90-minute session wraps at 11. The 3-hour continues through a BYO lunch and ends at 12:30 — more time for play, social interaction, and a shared meal.
Three options: drop off and go, head to the adult loft (WiFi, coffee, quiet), or stay in the play space. Drop-off is available for children independently using the bathroom. For kids not yet toilet independent, a caregiver stays on-site.
No — it's an enrichment space. Think of it as the best parts of preschool without the full-time commitment. Groups are small (12–15 max), routines are consistent, and every activity is designed with intention. Your child is known here — not just watched.
Drop-ins are one-off sessions. Packs let you buy in bulk at a discount. Memberships give you a guaranteed weekly spot at the best rate plus perks.
Completely normal. We keep groups small, follow consistent routines, and meet each child where they are. Many families say this was the perfect first step.
Welcome. Each child registers at the standard session rate.
A lunch, water bottle, and comfort items. We have a fridge on-site. We handle the rest.
24 hours notice to reschedule. Members can swap if space allows. Life with toddlers — we get it.
This is the morning you've been looking for.
Your child gets enrichment and independence. You get space, connection, or quiet. We saved you a spot.
