Three separate rooms surrounding a central lounge area. Well-suited for tutoring, small group instruction, music lessons, therapy sessions, or one-on-one coaching.

4

Build It Together

We'll figure out the right arrangement — scheduling, logistics, and how your programming fits into The Clubhouse calendar.

Propose Your Programming

Tell us about yourself and what you'd like to bring to The Clubhouse community. This isn't a commitment — it's the start of a conversation.

Your experience, certifications, or training — whatever's relevant.
What does it look like? Who is it for? What makes it unique?

This is an expression of interest — not a commitment. We review every proposal personally and will be in touch within five business days.

Questions
Frequently Asked Questions
What does a Clubhouse programming partnership look like?
It depends on what you're offering and how it fits into our community. Some partners run recurring classes that become part of our weekly calendar. Others host one-time workshops or seasonal events. We figure out the right arrangement together — scheduling, promotion, logistics — based on the programming and what makes sense for both sides.
Do I need liability insurance?
Yes. All partners offering programming in our space are required to carry their own liability insurance and, in most cases, name The Clubhouse as an additional insured on their policy. If you don't currently have coverage, we can discuss options during our meeting.
How long does the review process take?
We respond to every proposal within five business days. If it's a potential fit, we'll schedule a phone call or in-person meeting and a tour of the space.
Can I see the space before submitting?
We schedule tours after reviewing proposals that feel like a strong fit. If you'd like to see photos beforehand, just mention it in your submission and we'll send some over.
What if I'm not sure how my programming would fit?
Describe what you're envisioning and we'll figure it out together. That's what the meeting is for.
Will The Clubhouse help promote my programming?
It depends on the arrangement. Programming partners who are part of our calendar may receive cross-promotion through our social channels and newsletter. We'll discuss what makes sense for your situation.
Is there a cost to submit a proposal?
No. Submitting a proposal is free and carries no obligation. It's simply the first step in a conversation.
